EY: Creating a Strategic Mindset

Who:
Partnering with a senior leadership team from Ernst & Young, a global multidisciplinary consulting and advisory firm.
Challenge:
The high performing consultants cope with unexpected deadlines from clients, long hours, big pressure and high expectations. The neuroscience of stress and pressure can limit innovative approach, causing distraction and disengagement.

We designed an impactful three-month development programme, providing latest techniques from positive psychology and business school strategy to implement mindset practices to have impact without burnout, providing innovative and productive strategies to client projects.
Outcome:
We had numerous ROI examples from this engagement. The mindset strategies enabled innovative thinking which lead to two participants connecting on programme and co-sold a new service line to an existing client.
