Engagement Process


We listen curiously to your unique challenges and context, then design a programme which is best suited to your culture and objectives.

Your training programme is delightfully delivered by our expert and dynamic facilitators with language, style and techniques selected just for your organisation.

The debrief session provides insights to assist with embedding the newly acquired strategies. Solutions are suggested to ensure sustainable culture transformation.


Client Approach

We work with clients based on their expectations, desired outcomes and budget. There are three tiers in our Client Approach structure. Please contact us to understand which is most suitable for your organisation.


Offers dynamic team development, providing insights and techniques which can be implemented straight away to enhance outputs and performance. Will typically include a minimum of three half day group workshops with tasks set in between sessions to assist with embedding.


Including the above groups formats, the Strategic approach is also leader-led to embed the learnings, the strategic approach enables sustainable behavioural change for whole teams. The project is commenced with a leadership / key stakeholder session, and usually involves a number of one on one leadership coaching about the topics covered. Embedding and products are included.


Only working with a handful of select clients at a time, the Transformation tier is motived by true culture or business line change. We go from external ‘helicopter’ perspective to ‘submarine’ immersion in to your culture. Similar to a retainer contract where we work from your offices to gain a deeper understanding and provide insights and recommendations which creates huge, positive culture transformation.
